|8 oz||Cream Cheese, may use lite and/or spreadable|
|Shrimp Cocktail Sauce or Chili Sauce|
|½ – 1 cup||Crab Meat, you may also use imitation crab meat or baby shrimp|
On a nice plate with an edge, spread cream cheese over plate to cover it with about 1/4" of cream cheese. Pour and spread out Cocktail Sauce to cover.
Shred or chop Crabmeat over the entire thing. Chill. Serve with crackers.
Serve with crackers. Can be made up ahead of time (and chilled) or spur of the moment. The number of servings can depend upon how big of a plate you use. I use a 10" plate for the 8 oz. of cream cheese.
