Crab Dip

This cold appetizer dip contains sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and imitation crab meat.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) imitation crab meat
- Ritz or Townhouse Oval Crackers

Method
Mix sour cream with dry ranch dressing mix. Chop crab meat into small bits, and fold into mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
