Crab or Chicken Rangoon

Your choice of fillings, either crab meat or chicken, in a cream cheese filling flavored with steak sauce and garlic. Spoon filling into wonton skins and deep fry. Rangoons make a great and easy appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen wonton skins
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1 5- or 6-oz. can crabmeat or chicken, drained
- 1 beaten egg white

Method
Add sour cream to cream cheese; add chicken or crabmeat, garlic powder, and steak sauce. Put in wonton skins, moisten with egg white and seal. Deep fry until golden. Drain.
