Method
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. 3. Unroll one package of Crescent Dinner Rolls. Place on cookie sheet. Press flat the areas where the rolls are divided. Flip dough over and press the divided areas together. 4. In a bowl, cream all the cream cheese until all the lumps are gone. (You may want to put it in the microwave for 60 seconds to get the cheese softened.) 5. Remove the Frozen Spinach and squeeze out the water by putting it in a colander and pressing down on the spinach. Pat dry with a paper towel. 6. Add the spinach to the cream cheese. 7. Separate the imitation crab meat into smaller segments. Add to cream cheese. 8. Add the red onion, salt, pepper and a few dashes of red pepper. 2-4 dashes should be plenty. Add more red pepper if you like it spicier. 9. Cream all the ingredients together. Divide into three sections. 10. Spread one section of cream cheese mixture on top of the dough. 11. Roll the dough into a long slender roll. Pinch the edges together. 12. Repeat steps 3, 10 and 11 for the remaining cans of Refrigerated Big & Flaky Crescent Dinner Rolls. 13. Allow space between each rolled dough on the cookie sheet. 14. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and it is not doughy in the middle. 15. Let rolls completely cool. Cut into 1 inch slices. Makes 36 - 40 rolls. This can be eaten chilled as well as at room temperature.
