
For this spread, canned crabmeat is combined with cream cheese and a little lemon juice, formed into a ball, and chilled. Cocktail sauce is poured over just before serving with crackers.
Drain and flake crabmeat. Stir together with softened cream cheese & dash of lemon juice. Form into a ball. Place in center of serving dish. Chill until firm. Spoon cocktail sauce over the ball. Surround with crackers.
