Crabmeat Hors D'Oeuvers


Zippy appetizers made with crabmeat, mayonnaise, and horseradish all toasted on pumpernickel bread slices.



Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups crabmeat  
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise  
  • 2 t Worcestershire sauce  
  • 2 t prepared horseradish  
  • 1 t dry mustard  
  • Pumpernickel bread

Method

Mix all ingredients together. Spread on slices of pumpernickel bread brushed with melted butter. Brown on a baking sheet in 350* oven. Serve at once.
