Cranberry Chutney & Goat Cheese

This recipe can be whipped up in minutes! Plus, it is a fun to use canned whole cranberry in a new way.

Ingredients:

1 Shallot Finely Chopped
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
1× 14 oz can Whole Cranberry Sauce
¼ cup Golden Raisins or Raisins
1 Tbsp Orange Juice
⅛ tsp Salt
1× 10.5 oz Log Plain Goat Cheese
Town House Original Crackers

Directions:

1. In small skillet, cook shallot in oil over medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes or until soft.

2. Stir in cranberry sauce, raisins, orange juice and salt. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring frequently.

3. Pour sauce around goat cheese and serve with crackers.
