Cream Cheese "Sushi"

This "mock" sushi appetizer is made with flour tortillas filled with cream cheese, wasabi, onions and ham.
Ingredients
- One 10 count package flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp prepared wasabi paste
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 lb sliced cooked deli ham
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

Method
Combine the cream cheese, wasabi, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well until the wasabi is distributed through all the cream cheese. Spread on 12 flour tortillas so that one side is completely coated. Chop the green onions and sprinkle them on the flour tortillas. They should stick to the cream cheese spread. Lay the cooked deli ham slices on one side of the tortillas, leaving about 4 inches of space showing just the cream cheese and onions at the top. Roll the tortillas starting with the ham side until it creates a long roll, using the cream cheese spread at the end to hold it together. Place the rolls with the end side down on a cutting board, and cut the roll in to circular pieces, imitating the shape of sushi. Arrange on a plate and serve to delighted family and guests!
Notes: You may want to save a bit of extra cream cheese spread when spreading so that if the rolls come apart at all when cutting them, you can use it to paste them back together.
