Creamy Crab Bruschetta


Crispy slices of baguette, topped with a creamy crab spread-an easy and elegant appetizer.



Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 6 oz can pink crabmeat
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspooon parsley flakes

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush both sides of sliced bread with olive oil, coating evenly. Place on a cookie sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 4 to 6 minutes, or until slightly brown and crunchy. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Remove bread from oven. Cool slightly. Top with crab mixture and serve immediately.
