Crock Pot Oysters


Drained oysters are added to a mixture of cream of mushroom soup, butter, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce that's heated in the crock pot, and served on saltine crackers.



Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar creamy horseradish (or to taste)
  • Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 gallon of shucked oysters, drained
  • Saltines

Method

Heat first 4 ingredients in crock pot until butter melts. Stir to combine. Stir in oysters. Cook until edges curl. Turn crock pot to low to keep warm, or move ingredients to a chafing dish to keep warm. Serve on saltines.

Notes:

Number of servings: this will serve a crowd!
