Crostini is a classic appetizer. This recipe calls for canned tuna, which makes this recipe simple and easy to make. Make this recipe the next time you need to make an appetizer for a party or family gathering.

12 oz Canned Tuna
36 slices French Bread
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Parsley
3 tsp Lemon Juice
3 tsp Olive Oil
⅓ cup Mozzarella Cheese
Salt & Pepper, to taste


First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender or food processor, mix together tuna, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Next, brush slices of french bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake the bread slices for six to eight minutes, or until it’s crispy and browned on the top. Take the bread slices out of the oven, spread the tuna on top, and serve.
