This elegantly simple appetizer is made with cucumbers, somoked salmon flavored cream cheese and dill.
Place cucumber rounds on a large platter. Place a teaspoon of cream cheese on a smoked salmon slice. Roll up and then place on the cucumber round. Break a small sprig of dill from the large sprig. Place a small sprig of dill on top of the salmon.
Notes:
This is my favorite recipe because I love appetizers and this one has a wonderful flavor and color! Serve it with a bit of bubbly, or a nice dry champagne.
