
These hot oyster appetizers are made with baked with bacon, red onion and curry powder, and served with cocktail sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium skillet fry the bacon extra crispy, then add the onions and saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the oysters and saute for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a medium bowl, add the curry, egg and crackers mix well until the moisture is absorbed. Shape oyster mixture into balls, using 1 rounded tablespoon for each ball and place onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with a dish of cocktail sauce for dipping.
