Deli Reuben Dip

This dip is perfect when served warm with rye crackers. What an amazing item to bring to a sports party or any party for that matter.
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can sauerkraut
- 1 6 oz jar dried beef
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1/2 cup salad dressing

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In bottom of 8 inch round baking dish coated with non-stick spray, spread 1/2 the drained sauerkraut. Roll-up the dried beef and make small julienne slices. Place 1/2 of dried beef slices over sauerkraut. Mix together Thousand Island dressing and miracle whip. Spread 1/2 of mixture over beef and sauerkraut and top with 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layers again. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned and the dip is bubbly.
