Develish Eggs

The yolks of these hard cooked eggs are combined with a generous amount of mustard and some mayonnaise, salt and pepper. This mixture is spooned into the egg whites and topped with a little salsa.
 

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard cooked, cooled and peeled
  • 1/3 cup mustard
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of mayo
  • 1 generous pinch of salt
  • 1 generous pinch of black pepper
  • about 7-8 tablesoons of salsa (Hot or medium)

Method

Cut each egg in half lengthwise; scoop out yolks. Set whites aside. Mix egg yolks, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper together until smooth. Using a spoon, fill eggs whites with yolk mixture. Top each half with a little salsa.

 

Notes: I recommend medium salsa if you want a controlled fire. Hot for FLAMES!
