Deviled Eggs


Try this traditional deviled eggs recipe - the eggs make great appetizers or a side dish at a potluck.



Ingredients:

  • 6- hard cooked eggs  
  • 3-Tbls mayo, salad dressing or half and half  
  • 1/2-tsp dry mustard  
  • 1/4-tsp salt  
  • 1/4-tsp pepper

Method

Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves slip out yolks and mash with fork. Mix in mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Arrange eggs on large serving plate. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours
