Deviled eggs with a new twist--jalapeno peppers, bacon and blue cheese.
Boil eggs and let cool.
Cook the bacon, drain and let cool. While bacon is cooking dice (as small as possible) about 1 cup onion and jalapenos and set aside in big mixing bowl.
Don't put the juices from these in the bowl.
Pour in blue cheese crumbles.
Cut the eggs in half and put yolk in with other ingredients.
Add mayo to your liking.
Put bacon in a ziplock bag and smash it into little bits (don't use bacon bits-it doesn't taste the same) and mix it all together.
Taste to see if you need more of one ingredient.
Scoop mixture into egg halves and add paprika on top.
Refridgerate.
