
This versatile dip can be used for a vegetable dip or as a base for a seafood salad. Fat-free sour cream and light mayonnaise keep it on the healthy side.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend.
Serve with fresh veggies and/or crackers.
Notes:
Can also be used as a binder for seafood, such as for lobster or crab rolls simply by adding 2 teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning to the above, and blending with seafood to taste.
