|16 oz||Crab Meat, lump or backfin|
|1 cup||Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
|½ cup||Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
|12 oz||Cream Cheese|
|½ cup||Sour Cream|
|2 tsp||Old Bay Seasoning|
|1½ Tbsp||Worcestershire Sauce|
|1½ tsp||Hot Sauce|
|3 cloves||Garlic, minced|
|½ tsp||Cayenne Pepper|
|½ tsp||Each Salt & Pepper|
|½ cup||Finely Chopped Onion|
Combine together all ingredients except crab meat and cheddar cheese, mix well. Then fold in crab meat and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well. Divide into 6-7 oz ramkins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and return to oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
Serve with a loaf of french bread, warmed and sliced into 1/2" slices or with crackers. Any leftovers reheat great in a microwave.
