Donna's Southern Maryland Blue's Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients:
| 16 oz | Crab Meat, lump or backfin |
| 1 cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| ½ cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 12 oz | Cream Cheese |
| ½ cup | Sour Cream |
| 2 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
| 2 tsp | Old Bay Seasoning |
| 1½ Tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1½ tsp | Hot Sauce |
| 3 cloves | Garlic, minced |
| ½ tsp | Cayenne Pepper |
| ½ tsp | Each Salt & Pepper |
| ½ cup | Finely Chopped Onion |
Directions:
Combine together all ingredients except crab meat and cheddar cheese, mix well. Then fold in crab meat and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well. Divide into 6-7 oz ramkins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and return to oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
Helpful Tips:
Serve with a loaf of french bread, warmed and sliced into 1/2" slices or with crackers. Any leftovers reheat great in a microwave.
