Easy Blue Cheese Salad

What a great treat for a party; serve homemade blue cheese dressing with the side salad.
Ingredients
- 3 hearts of romaine lettuce
- 1 small English cucumber, diced
- 15 grape tomatoes, halved
- 4 radishes, sliced
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz Danish blue cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Cut the core off of the romaine hearts and cut each piece cross-wise to make 1 inch pieces. Wash and place in salad spinner. Prepare tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes and set aside. Blue Cheese Dressing: Combine all of the ingredients, except the blue cheese, and stir well to combine. Crumble blue cheese and stir in gently. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Drain any liquid from lettuce and other vegetables. Toss together lettuce, cucumber, radishes and tomatoes and season with Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve salad dressing on the side.
