Easy Peezey Fruit Smoothies

This smoothie recipe can be served as an after-school snack, a cool dessert, or as an anytime treat. Don't let the kids know how healthy it is.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat, no fat or light yogurt any flavor
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit (we like strawberries and cherries)

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix well. Can be doubled or tripled. This is also great for those mini blenders. About three ten second pulses per serving, a little more to get it extra smooth a little less for a bit chunkier.
