Easy Rueben Dip

This simple-to-make appetizer dip combines Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, sauerkraut, and corned beef in a crock pot. It's served with party rye bread.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Swiss Cheese, cut up into cubes
  • 1 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1 16-oz. can Sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 large package (or two small packages Carl Budding corned beef, cut up
  • Party rye bread

Method

Combine all ingredients (except the bread) in a crock pot. Heat for 1 hour. Stir often. Serve on party rye bread.
