Easy Stuffed Mushrooms

A great appetizer--mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and baked until bubbly.
Ingredients
- Make as many as needed:
- 12 button mushrooms
- Small container of soft cream cheese
- 1 lb of bacon

Method
Remove stems from mushrooms and wipe clean with a wet paper towel. Fill the mushroom to the top with softened cream cheese. Wrap one piece of bacon around each mushroom and cook at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bacon is crisp.
Notes: Three simple ingredients, but wow everyone loves them!
