|1 lb||Ground Beef or Ground Raw Chicken, cooked and drained|
|1 pkg||Cole Slaw Mix|
|2 Tbsp||Soy Sauce|
|½ tsp||Garlic Powder|
|¼ tsp||Ground Ginger|
|Onion Powder, to taste|
|40||Egg Roll Wrappers|
|Vegetable Oil, for deep fat frying|
Combine first 6 ingredients. Place about one tablespoon of mixture in each wrapper and fold. Combine flour and a little water to make a paste. Moisten top corner of wrapper and roll up to seal.
In an electric skillet, heat oil to 375 degrees; fry egg rolls 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Fill wrappers one at a time; keep others covered until ready to use, to prevent drying out.
