Ingredients:
2 slices | Sturdy White Bread |
1 Tbsp | Butter, softened |
2 Tbsp | Hummus |
1 oz | Feta Cheese |
1 Tbsp sliced | Olives |
4 slices | Roasted Red Pepper |
Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread. On other side of bread, spread hummus, crumble cheese over hummus, and arrange olives and pepper slices evenly over other ingredients. Top with remaining bread slice buttered side up. Toast in skillet about 3 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
