E's Spicy Dip

This crock pot dip is made with cooked ground beef, sweet green pepper, cream cheese, tomato paste and chili seasoning mix.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 8-oz. package Cream Cheese
- 1 packet Chili Seasoning mix
- 1 6-oz. can Tomato paste
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Chips, crackers or tortilla wedges

Method
Brown hamburger, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain. Add pieces of bell pepper and 1/4 cup water to blender. Puree and add to the cooked ground beef. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, seasoning mix and tomato paste; place in a small-to-medium crock pot. Stir remaining 1/4 cup water to the beef and bell pepper mixture. Add to crock pot. Cook on low until cream cheese is melted and mixed in. Serve with chips, crackers or tortilla wedges.
Notes: Can sit in crock pot for hours! Great dip for the big game.
