Ingredients:
| 2 Tbsp | Granulated Sugar |
| 2 tsp | Coarse Salt |
| 2 tsp | Ground Cardamom |
| ½ tsp | Ground Cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | Ground Ginger |
| ¼ cup | Honey |
| 2 cups | Raw Whole Blanched Almonds |
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir together sugar, salt, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger in a small bowl then set aside. Pour honey into a large heavy skillet and bring to a boil over high heat. Add almonds and cook, stirring constantly, until most of the honey has been absorbed by the almonds, and it is a deep amber color, 2-3 minutes. Remove almonds from heat to a mixing bowl. Add a small amount of sugar mixture into almonds and toss gently. Add remaining sugar, a little at a time, and toss gently until all of sugar mixture has been used. Transfer almonds to prepared baking sheet and spread in a single layer, separating nuts with a fork or hands. Set aside to cool before serving.

Everyone loves these nuts. They are fun party munchies. Cardamom can be bought in bulk stores in small packets, so it is not as expensive as buying a whole jar. The almonds can also be bought in bulk, and as we know, buying in bulk is definitely the Budget Diva way to go.
