|1 lb||Flank or Round Steak, cut into thin strips|
|½ cup||Lime Juice|
|¼ cup||White Vinegar|
|1||Red Bell Pepper, cut into ½" chunks|
|1||Green Bell Pepper, cut into ½" chunks|
|1||Large Onion, cut into ½" chunks|
|1 tsp||Black Pepper|
|1 tsp||Cayenne Pepper|
Mix lime juice, vinegar, black pepper, cayenne and salt in a large bowl. Add steak strips and let marinate for 15-20 minutes. Place wooden skewers in water and let them sit while steak marinates.
Preheat grill. After steak has marinated, weave steak onto skewers, around pieces of green bell pepper, onion and red bell pepper. It should look like steak is winding around vegetables in an "S" type pattern.
Place on grill and reduce heat. Cook until meat is done to liking and peppers are starting to soften. Remove from grill and serve with sour cream and guacamole.
