Mango, jalapeno, avocado, lime juice and of course shrimp come together with a perfect blend of seasonings to make this fresh salsa.

  • Servings: 10-12


½ lb Medium Shrimp, cooked, peeled and coarsely chopped
Juice of 2 Limes
1-2 Pinches Sea Salt
12 Cherry Tomatoes, cut in quarters and reserving juice
¼ cup Diced Red Onion
¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
1 Mango, peeled and diced
1 Avocado, peeled and diced
1 Jalapeno, seeded, stemmed and finely minced
1 clove Garlic Clove, finely minced
¼ tsp Toasted Sesame Oil


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
