This salsa is bursting with flavor--you can make it as hot or mild as you like by increasing or decreasing the number of peppers.
Peel the paper-like layer from the tomatillos and slice tomatoes in half and place on a large skillet over med-high heat. Turn every few minutes. Cook tomatillos until soft and yellow and tomatoes until soft.
Using tongs, place dried chiles on a heated medium high skillet, turning every few seconds until slightly blackened. Add tomatillos, tomatoes, peppers and garlic to food processor.
Blend ingredients and add salt to taste.
