|1 can||Pineapple Chunks In Light Syrup, drained|
|1||Red or Vidalia Onion|
|5" Kabob Skewers|
|1 jar||Sweet Hot Mustard|
Cook and drain grease from bratwurst.
When cool, cut into one inch pieces. Chop onion into small chunks.
Skewer one piece of bratwurst, one piece of pineapple, one piece of onion and another piece bratwurst.
Place in a crockpot on low heat or covered in oven or toaster oven at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with sweet hot mustard.
This sauce compliments the taste of bratwurst without being overwhelming.
