Fruity Family Salad


This healthy snack is easy to whip up and is a great way to get your kids to eat some fresh fruit. Try it as an after-school snack or as a light dessert.



Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 2-3 bananas
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Method

Drain fruit cocktail. Cut all fruit to bite sized pieces. Add sugar and mayonnaise. Mix well and refrigerate as needed.

Notes: Be sure fruit is fresh.
