|1 Tbsp||Minced Fresh Ginger Root|
|2 cloves||Garlic, minced|

|2||Dozen Chicken Wings, halved at joints and tips cut off (reserve tips for soup kettle|
|¼ cup||Sesame Seeds, optional|
In a one-quart saucepan, combine butter, honey, mustard, ginger root, garlic, and curry powder. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until blended and heated through.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken wings in a single layer on a cookie sheet; bake for 15 minutes. Baste wings with cooked sauce and continue cooking about 20 minutes, or until wings are browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
