Delicious Asian-inspired chicken wings with fresh ginger, honey, curry powder, and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

¼ cup Butter
1 cup Honey
½ cup Prepared Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp Minced Fresh Ginger Root
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1½ tsp Curry Powder
2 Dozen Chicken Wings, halved at joints and tips cut off (reserve tips for soup kettle
¼ cup Sesame Seeds, optional


In a one-quart saucepan, combine butter, honey, mustard, ginger root, garlic, and curry powder. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until blended and heated through.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken wings in a single layer on a cookie sheet; bake for 15 minutes. Baste wings with cooked sauce and continue cooking about 20 minutes, or until wings are browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
