Gluten-free Asparagus-walnut Pesto

Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Fresh Asparagus |
| 1 cup | Walnuts |
| 1 Tbsp | Grated Lime Zest |
| 2 Tbsp | Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice |
| ¼ cup | Chopped Fresh Basil |
| 1 Tbsp | Chili Powder |
| 1 | Ripe Avocado, peeled, pitted and cut up |
| ¼ tsp | Sea Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Freshly Ground White Pepper |
Directions:
Discard woody ends from asparagus; chop spears and blanch in water. Drain well. Combine in a food processor with remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Serve at room temperature or chilled, with desired crudites or vegetable dippers.
