Great Greek Dip

This dip blends walnuts, feta, and parsley. Toast pita bread wedges in a 350 degree F. oven for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp to serve with the dip.
Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted walnuts
- 12 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon extre virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley

Method
Process all ingredients in blender or food processor. Mixture won't be completely smooth because of the walnuts.
Notes: Serve with split toasted pitas.
