Greek Olive Tartlets

These miniature phyllo shells contain a filling that combines toasted walnuts, crumbled feta cheese, and pimiento-stuffed olives with mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
- 3 tablesoons mayonnaise
- 2 packages mini phyllo shells

Method
Combine first four ingredients and spoon into each pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
Notes: Stuffed tartlets can be frozen in the phyllo shells in their packaged trays for about a month; bake at same temperature but for a few minutes longer.
