Green Chile Crab Canapes

A creamy crab and jalapeno spread is the perfect topping for toasted slices of crusty bread.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh crab meat
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp canned chopped green chiles, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced and lightly toasted

Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ingredients together and spread 2 tbsp of mixture onto each slice of bread. Bake 10 minutes.
