Green Chili Dip

An easy accompaniment for Mexican-themed parties, this combines cream cheese, sour cream and canned green chilies. Add dried red chili flakes, if you wish to make this cold dip "hotter."
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies, drained
  • Crushed dried red chilies (if desired)

Method

Soften cream cheese and stir in sour cream. Add green chilies; mix. Add red chilies, if wanted, to desired heat! Serve with tortilla chips and/or veggie dippers.
