Grilled Santa Fe Vegetable Kabobs

A mixture of Santa Fe-style seasoning is combined with vinegar and oil to season vegetable cubes before threading onto skewers and broiling to make great hot appetizer kabobs.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. McCormick's Santa Fe Style Spice Blend
  • 4 cups assorted fresh vegetables, cut in 1-inch cubes

Method

Combine oil, vinegar, and Spice Blend. Toss vegetables with Spice Blend mixture. Place vegetables on skewers. Grill or broil until crisp-tender.
