This pizza is simple to put together and it gets done on your grill; perfect for summer.
Combine all ingredients except for the Parmesan in a bowl and set aside. Set grill on high and cook pizza crust directly on grate for about 3-4 minutes each side until crusty. Remove from grill and spread brushetta mixture on top along with fresh shredded Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Notes:
Great summertime meal; light and easy with little clean up, may also be served as a side dish or appetizer.
