Ham Dip

This dip combines ground ham or bologna, sweet pickles, and hard cooked eggs with mayonnaise and a little onion salt.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless Ham or Bologna
- 4 Sweet Pickels
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Salt

1. Grind Ham with a meat grinder or food processor 2. Grind or chop pickles and eggs 3. Combine all ingredients
Notes: Serve with crackers, cocktail rye bread, or as a filling for finger sandwiches.
