Hot Artichoke Cheese Dip

A quick hot cheese spread with artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese. Serve with crackers or toast points.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts; drained and chopped in food processor
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese; grated

Method

Mix all ingredients in food processor. Pour in baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes or until hot.
