Hot Artichoke Dip

An easy hot appetizer spread with artichokes and garlic that can be served with crackers or toast points.
Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts in water drained
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 cup mayonaise (best foods)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Method
Drain artichokes and rinse with water to cut the saltiness. Chop. Mix with all other ingredients spoon into 8x8 glass baking dish. Sprinkle with additional parmesan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
