Hot Clam Dip

A great holiday appetizer, this warm is flavored with clams, vermouth, lemon juice and a hint of hot pepper sauce.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 - 6 1/2 oz can Minced Clams, drained
  • 8 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 T Dry Vermouth
  • 1 t Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Tobasco Sauce

Method

Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart casserole. Place in 350 degree oven, uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir several times while heating. Serve with wheat thin crackers.
