|Egg Roll Wraps|
Cut hot dogs into quarters and cut cheese slices in half. On one egg roll wrapper, place one half cheese slice in the middle, and place one piece of hot dog on the cheese. Wrap the egg roll wrapper to form an egg roll, then dab ends with water to seal. Put a dab of water on the corner to seal. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Pour oil in a frying pan, about an inch deep, and heat.
Place egg rolls in the pan and fry until golden brown. Cool and serve.
