|1× 14 oz can||Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped|
|8 oz||Crumbled Feta Cheese|
|½ cup||Parmesan Cheese, shredded|
|1× 2 oz jar||Diced Pimentos, drained|
|1||Garlic Clove, minced|
|Chopped Tomato, garnish|
|Chopped Green Onions, garnish|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients but garnish and place mixture in shallow baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes until slightly browned. Top with tomatoes and green onions.
Serve with favorite crackers, bagel crisps or tortilla chips.
