Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

This great artichoke dip is flavored with feta cheese, garlic, pimentos and Parmesan cheese. Add shrimp for a whole other level of tastiness.

  • Servings: 4 to 6

Ingredients:

1× 14 oz can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup Mayo
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1× 2 oz jar Diced Pimentos, drained
1 Garlic Clove, minced
Chopped Tomato, garnish
Chopped Green Onions, garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients but garnish and place mixture in shallow baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes until slightly browned. Top with tomatoes and green onions.

Serve with favorite crackers, bagel crisps or tortilla chips.
