Feta cheese adds a great Greek flavor to this bacon, corn, olive, and chile dip that is tought to beat. Serve this tasty dip with crunchy bagel chips.

½ cup Mayonnaise
7 oz can Chopped Green Chiles, strained
3 oz Bacon Bits
2 oz jar Chopped Pimentos
6 oz Feta Cheese
½ cup White Corn
½ cup Grated Romano Cheese
Barbecue Seasoning
1 oz Chopped Black Olives


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a separate bowl, combine corn, feta, bacon bits, mayonnaise, Romano, pimentos, black olives and chiles until well blended. Transfer to pie plate and bake, uncovered, about 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle lightly with barbecue seasoning across top.
