Hot Pico De Gallo

Add a little fire to your tortilla chips with this salsa infused with habanera peppers.
Ingredients
- 3-Large fresh tomatos, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2-Large sweet onion (vidalia or do a red onion for more zip)-roughly chopped
- 1-Small bell pepper, seeded, chopped fine
- 6-Habanera peppers-seeded and finely chopped
- 4-Tbl chopped, fresh cilantro
- 1-Tbl Coriander
- 1-Tbl Cumin
- 1-tsp garlic salt
- 2-Tbl Lemon juice
- 1-tsp chili powder (optional)

Mix all ingredients in large bowl...stir thoroughly and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving. Goes great with any mexican dish or just a bucket of tortilla chips. Handle habanero peppers carefully..wash hands thoroughly before touching your eyes! Yes, that was from personal experience! This makes a right stout, hot batch!
