Hot Salsa Cheese and Olive Dip

Easy to make and extra cheesy--a great hot appetizer dip.
Ingredients
- 3 cups salsa
- 1 1/4 cup sliced black olives, drained
- 1 1/4 cup sliced green olives, drained
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 Tablespoons snipped chives
- Tortilla chips

Method
Pour salsa, black olives and green olives into large saucepan over medium heat. Heat but do not boil. Add cheese and stir frequently until cheese is melted. Ladle into serving dish and sprinkle chives on top. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes: It's fun to serve several different kinds of tortilla chips with this dip. Good with vegetable sticks, too.
