|1 lb||Bulk Italian Sausage|
|16 oz||Cream Cheese, softened|
|½ cup||Chopped Mushrooms|
|3||Garlic Cloves, minced|
|½ cup||Shredded Parmesan Cheese|
|1 Tbsp||Lemon Juice|
|¼ tsp||Freshly Ground Pepper|
|2 Tbsp||Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped|
Brown sausage in skillet, drain and set aside. In a food processor, combine cream cheese, mushrooms, garlic, cheese, lemon juice and pepper then mix until smooth. Place cheese mixture in bowl and stir in sausage and parsley. Spoon into a lightly greased small casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
A great hot dip for a cold day.
